Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive located in the Mobile, Alabama Area. The Account Executive will oversee and grow client accounts by fostering strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include meeting with healthcare professionals and institutions, educating clients on Motion Medical’s product offerings, managing account pipelines, working closely with our internal Account Executives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves creating and executing sales strategies to increase market share and meet revenue goals.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with sales and client relationship management skills, including experience in building and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other stakeholders. Below is a list of basic qualifications & additional preferences for this role specifically:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required
- Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Bi-monthly travel required for training & customer meetings
Additional Preferences
- Purpose-driven individual with high learning agility, coachability, and emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey product information and value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of orthopedic bracing and the medical device industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with key manufacturers in the sector, such as Thuasne/Corflex and Bauerfeind, is a plus.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, analyze sales metrics, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Self-motivated and organized with excellent problem-solving abilities and a goal-driven mindset.
- Previous experience in a medical sales environment preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is a plus, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated salary for this position is commissions-based and will initially range from $40,500 – $70,000 annually with future uncapped earning potential.
