Director of Billing & Inside Sales

Robyn is a strategic problem solver and expert when it comes to seeing and meeting the needs of the clinics she supports. As Director of Billing Services and Inside Sales, she prides herself in delivering exceptional customer experiences and has over 18 years of experience in Orthopedic DME. Outside of work, she's a loving mom to two sons and enjoys shopping and gardening with her friends. 

Jennifer

Account Executive, AL & MS

Jennifer is a former college soccer player and graduate from Birmingham Southern University who brings 18+ years of Orthopedic DME experience to our team. She joined Motion Medical in 2008 as a Sales Representative and quickly built a reputation with her customers as someone who genuinely cares about others and finding innovative ways to improve patient care. Outside of work she enjoys playing competitive tennis and spending time with her husband and two kids. 


Kristen

Account Executive, Gulf Coast

Kristen joined the Motion Medical team in the Spring of 2026 and holds a degree from the University of South Alabama in Health Education. A fast learner with a huge heart for others, she has quickly earned the trust of her customers while helping them improve patient care within their clinics. Kristen lives in Spanish Fort with her husband Ben and their two girls, and she is actively involved with her church and community within the Greater Mobile area.

Angel is originally from upstate New York and moved to Birmingham after spending time in Florida. She joined Motion Medical in 2024 and has helped transform financial operations for the company as Full Charge Bookkeeper. She has a big heart for others and an even bigger German shepherd named Buster who she loves spending time with.

Frampton joined Motion Medical in the Fall of 2025 and has quickly established himself as a trusted and reliable partner to his accounts and their staff. A graduate from Clemson University in Sports Marketing, Frampton thrives in building intentional relationships and serving others to meet their needs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending meaningful time with friends, traveling (especially to the Great Wolf Lodge), running, and watching tennis.

Materials Manager & ATC

Jonta is a Certified Athletic Trainer and seasoned orthotic fitter whose passion is patient care and helping others feel their best. A former member of the US Navy and graduate of the University of Alabama, he has extensive sports medicine experience with world-class organizations including the Atlanta Falcons, Cleveland Browns, and the University of Alabama's Football and Basketball teams. 

Hannah joined the Motion Medical Team in 2025 as a DME Service Specialist & Orthotic Fitter, and she has quickly proven herself as a fast & capable learner who takes pride in caring for her customers and their patients. She holds a bachelor's degree in nursing and was a medical assistant prior to joining Motion Medical, and she loves the outdoors and staying active.

Leslie first joined Motion Medical in 1996 in the basement where the company was founded, and she has faithfully and consistently poured into the people and patients we serve for over 30 years. She is an expert when it comes to navigating the complexities of insurance reimbursement and billing, and she enjoys spending time with her husband, Randall, and their grandchildren whenever she finds time.
